Dens & Signals is based in Hastings. Our performances and events bring people together to create connections, shared moments and future possibilities. We make participatory and interactive work.

We’re currently recruiting a Stage Manager for our new performance – “Animals!” – for schools and families.

It is an uplifting show for 7-10 year old – it’s about wild animals, and humans, the impact which humans have on animals, and vice versa. It’s about the nature and biodiversity crisis, and how humans are really animals too. It’s about building connections and empathy between species.

The show will tour to a mix of venues, schools and community settings. There will be occasional two-show days. Performances will generally be during the daytime.

We open at Cambridge Junction, tour extensively in/around Coventry as part of Coventry City of Culture, followed by two weeks of touring in the south east, principally around Hastings/Rother.
